The Louis Pearlman vison for
Church Street Station
Louis J. Pearlman, best known for developing the boy bands 'N Sync, LFO and Backstreet Boys, is considering a consolidation of his business empire in the historic downtown Orlando Church Street Station. The business that will be located there will including a recording studios and facilities for shooting TV shows.
"New establishments will include cafes, an upscale lounge and fine dining" said Louis Pearlman.
New business establishments are in development at Trans Continental Companies' Church Street Station building. They will range from a fine dining 4-star steakhouse called Pearl Steakhouse to a french/mediterranean influenced restaurant and even a coffee shop named Exchange News Cafe and a upscale adult lounge the Louis Pearlman has named the Exchange Lounge that will be serving the finest cocktails and appetizers in town.
Joining the existing Too Jay's Restaurant, Club Paris and the Improv Comedy Club, other business are already opening up and include: Antique Emporium: specializing in Church Street Station Memorabilia, costumes, signage, music and more; Global Grape Wines: Serving fine wines, select beers, and premium cigars in a casual, elegant
setting; and a retail store featuring European-style kitchen appliances and furniture. Two other restaurants are also currently in talks with Trans Continental, offering even more options. A new Louis Pearlman owned NYPD Pizza will be in place by the first quarter of 2006. A number of Louis J. Pearlman Trans Continental Companies are also housed in the exchange building including Talent Rock, Trans Contiental Records, Travel Agency, Publishing and Management and more.
Coffee, Steak & a Cocktail!
The first of these enterprises expected to come online will be the Exchange News Cafe offering a broad range of newspapers, magazines, coffee, snacks and smoothies. One of the most anticipated establishments is the opening of the Church Street Station Exchange Lounge. A relaxed, upscale venue complete with stylish and modern furniture, big screen tv's and a massive variety of cocktails and appetizers, attracting the downtown Orlando working professionals for some after work drinks. Plans are also in place for the grand opening of Pearl
Steakhouse, an exclusive, classy but elegant 4-star dining experience. Expect the highest quality mouth watering dishes prepared by Chef David.
